The land plot designated for the construction of a high-rise apartment building in the Dich Vong New Urban Area Project, designated NO-11, covers an area of ​​approximately 4,641 m². The plot includes one building with 32 floors and 2 basement levels.

• Basement Level 1: Floor area approximately 4,641 m²; height 3.5 m ÷ 4.4 m; includes parking areas and technical rooms;
• Basement Level 2: Floor area approximately 4,641 m²; height 7.2 m; includes parking areas, technical rooms, and water tanks.

1. Above ground (32 floors):

• Ground floor: Floor area approximately 1,434m²; height 4.7m; includes reception halls, commercial and service spaces, community activity rooms, and technical/auxiliary rooms;
• Second floor: Floor area approximately 1,434m²; height 3.6m; includes spaces for a nursery, community activity room, commercial and service spaces, and technical rooms;
• Third floor: Floor area approximately 1,434m²; height 5.1m; houses gyms, children's play areas, swimming pools, and technical rooms;
